The importance of creating a robust pipeline of funding for Elon’s long-term future inspired members of the Elon community to make $46 million in estate and other planned gifts during the campaign.

Annual gifts provided a critical source of revenue during the Elon LEADS Campaign, going to work immediately to support the best of Elon.

As Elon steadily expanded its residential campus during the Elon LEADS Campaign, donors provided funding to complete projects that house academic and athletic pursuits, as well as welcoming spaces for students and visitors to gather.

A standout member of Elon's track and field team, George is an Honors Fellow and a Lumen Scholar at Elon and is a recipient of the prestigious Goldwater Scholarship, among other honors.

Investments in this priority helped Elon ascend to No. 1 in the nation in the U.S. News & World Report ranking for excellence in undergraduate teaching.

One of the main priorities of the Elon LEADS Campaign was to further invest in access to the university’s engaged learning experiences.

The top Elon LEADS priority was increasing support for students in the form of scholarships.
