Join the Movement: Elevate lives through Elon’s United Way campaign

At Elon University, we’re known for our commitment to creating positive change within our campus and in our broader community. We invite you to participate in a powerful initiative embodying this spirit of impact and compassion – Elon’s United Way Campaign. This campaign, set to kick off during College Coffee on Sept. 12, promises to transform lives and foster a better quality of life for those around us.

Empower Lives with United Way:
United Way is a revered nonprofit organization that tirelessly works towards enhancing the lives of individuals in our community. With a keen focus on education, health, and financial stability – the cornerstones of a prosperous life – United Way becomes a beacon of hope for those who need it most.

Our Collective Goal: $55,000:
Elon’s United Way Campaign aims high, aspiring to raise an impressive $55,000 that will be channeled into life-changing endeavors. And the best part? Every single member of our Elon family, from dedicated employees to enthusiastic students, can contribute to this noble cause.

The Journey: From September to December:
Starting from the exciting launch at College Coffee on Sept. 12, the campaign will run through December, embracing the season of giving and unity. Look out for handouts and exclusive United Way of Alamance County swag (Koozies, stickers, and more!) to be distributed during College Coffee, setting the stage for a truly engaging campaign.

Weekly Drawings and Incentives:
We’ve infused the campaign with an extra dose of excitement. For every generous contribution, participants become eligible for a weekly drawing featuring enticing prizes such as vacation days and gift cards. Imagine the thrill of making a difference and reaping rewards for your altruism.

Ways to Participate:

• Visit the specially designed donation page.
• Employees can opt for a monthly payroll deduction via OnTrack. Find the United Way link under the “Personal Profile” or “Employment Information” section, as applicable.
• You can also make a contribution through Cash or Check. Just fill out the pledge form and send it to Dorothy Kuntz at 2900 Campus Box.
