Are you trained in Lymphedema Therapy and would like to work in a clinic where you are the specialist! Primary caseload will be Lymphedema.
OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a PT who will treat a mix of Ortho and Neuro patients, and also will treat all of the Lymphedema patients.
You will create a customized plan based on the patients’ specific diagnosis and how to manage and further prevent Lymphedema.
A session may consist of specialized massage (hands on manual technique), skin and nail care, compression bandaging, continuing education, and a home exercise program to fit individual needs.
Your treatments will consist of:
Reducing the size of the limb – increasing range of motion – working on range of motion and stretching – 4-part treatment – manual lymphatic drainage – wrapping the extremity with short stretch bandage – educating the patient about skin care and education – teaching how to exercise with the wrap on
COMPENSATION: New competitive package to compensate PTs!
$37-$58/HOUR
Sign On Bonus: $15,000
Plus, $7,500 annually to pay off your school loans – for up to 7 years.

COMPENSATION:
$46-$68/hour

This team is the largest Pelvic Health team within 3-4 hours and is a site of groundbreaking medical and technological advancements. There is such a special need here that patients wait 3-4 months to receive treatment. (There is room to grow the Women’s Health program if you want to come in and make it your own)
One-on-One patient care for:
Pelvic pain conditions, pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, post-surgical, prostatectomy, erectile dysfunction, Female athletes, male bladder/bowel dysfunction, Urinary urgency/frequency, chronic prostatitis, C-section, hysterectomy, bladder surgeries, menopause, tailbone pain, constipation, bowel dysfunction/incontinence, UI, painful bladder syndrome, pregnancy & post-partum issues.
Desired Qualifications:
Pelvic floor experience or 9+ week clinical affiliation with pelvic training, or has taken one level of Herman & Wallace courses or APTA pelvic courses
Doctor of Physical Therapy / and ideally working toward certification

Annual Performance Reviews average raise is 2.8% per year
There is a Clinical Ladder Program in which a Physical Therapist can earn an additional 3% increase on top of the regular annual raise

Focus on musculoskeletal system and injuries to ligaments, tendons, muscles, bones. Goal is to relieve pain and regain functionality of injured/operated area.
Fully equipped gym with a wide variety of equipment.
Predominantly Ortho Patients: LBP, shoulder injuries, hand/wrist injuries, post-op, arthritis, neck and back pain, work injuries, sports injuries, post-ortho surgery recovery, knee conditions, foot and ankle conditions, shoulder conditions, hip conditions, prosthetic training
HIRING MANAGER: Physical Therapist Manager of Rehab –MPT who also sees patients
COMPENSATION:
$45-65 / hour
