The Office of Sustainability will host numerous events throughout the week to bring awareness to and inspire sustainable behavior change throughout campus.
Campus Sustainability Week is an opportunity for Elon students, faculty and staff to come together to examine sustainable habits and inspire positive sustainable change throughout the Elon community. It is also an opportunity to learn about and celebrate Elon University’s current sustainable practices. A variety of events will take place throughout the week.

Student speakers will share their own personal experiences, and we’ll open up the discussion to allow all participants a chance to share sustainable stories with like-minded people.
7:00-9:00 PM | (Eco)llage: Collaging as Environmental Activism (McKinnon Hall D – Moseley 128D)
Collaging can be a process for reflecting on complex societal ideas and concepts in a personalized way. In this workshop, participants will make collages in conversation with environmental justice and sustainability, using second-hand and recycled materials to investigate environmental images, human and nature relationships, and what it means to think and live more ecocentrically. All materials will be provided.
