The Director of Project Pericles led a roundtable event with academic colleagues from across the U.S. to discuss ways to increase meaningful faculty engagement with institutional DEI efforts
On March 22, Mathew Gendle, director of Project Pericles and professor of Psychology) led a 60-minute roundtable discussion at the AAC&U Conference on Diversity, Equity, and Student Success in Philadelphia.
Entitled “Promoting equity-minded leadership for faculty at all ages and career stages,” this session was designed to facilitate dialogue regarding how faculty, staff and administrators can encourage and support faculty at all points in their respective careers to impactfully engage with institutional DEI efforts.
