An industry leader, Ticketmaster will provide event ticketing products and services for Elon Athletics, Cultural Programs and Events, and other campus partners.
Elon University has entered into a new partnership with Ticketmaster, a global leader in advanced ticketing technologies. This collaboration will enhance the ticket-buying and event experience for attendees of Elon Athletics contests and other campus events.
The new partnership provides a convenient and comprehensive experience for those buying, managing and transferring tickets.
“We’re excited to provide those attending events on campus with a robust ticketing platform that’s easy to use and has industry-leading capabilities,” said Janet Williams, vice president for finance and administration and chief financial officer. “The next-level service provided by this new platform will make game day and event experience at Elon even more enjoyable.”
With the new ticketing service, Elon fans and the community can expect several new advantages:
- Extensive Event Selection: With access to an unparalleled range of athletics events, concerts, performances and cultural events, all in one place, attendees won’t miss out on any of the events happening at Elon venues.
- Seamless Ticket Purchasing: Attendees will enjoy a streamlined and user-friendly ticket-buying process. The platform’s intuitive interface makes it easier than ever to secure tickets, select preferred seats and complete the purchase hassle-free.
- Enhanced Ticket Management: A suite of tools on the platform empowers attendees to manage their tickets effortlessly. That includes transferring tickets to friends or family, reselling through a secure marketplace and accessing mobile tickets for a seamless entry experience.
“This new partnership with a leader in ticketing services will provide enhancements for our athletics program and our fans that will move us forward,” said Director of Athletics Jenn Strawley. “We are excited for the increased efficiencies, streamlined and user-friendly processes and new technologies that will allow Elon Athletics to continue to advance.”
Fans will have the opportunity to try out the new platform when Elon Football tickets go on sale. Visit ElonTickets.com to purchase single-game and season tickets to cheer on the Phoenix in Rhodes Stadium. Tickets for the first events on Elon’s Fall Cultural Calendar will go on sale on Aug. 27 on ElonTickets.com.
Elon football and basketball season ticket holders will receive communication from the athletics ticket office in the coming days with information on accessing their new Ticketmaster account. Season ticket orders and information have been rolled over from the previous ticketing system.
