Western Physical Therapy is seeking full time outpatient physical therapists for our highly respected clinics throughout Northern California. Our Therapists are evaluation-to-discharge with their patients, giving personalized professional care. We see a variety of orthopedic conditions including pre and post-surgical, and sports related injuries. Our ideal candidate has a strong orthopedic background, but with our seasoned team, a dynamic new graduate PT focused on OP ortho is welcome to apply. We have a variety of roles available, including Aquatic Therapists and Clinic Directors.

Responsibilities include:
•
Implement high quality physical therapy services for patients in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with company policies and procedures.

Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
•
Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client
relations with facilities and their staff.
