Elon Law's downtown Greensboro facilities will open at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 6, following wintry precipitation over the weekend and overnight conditions across the region.
Given the frozen precipitation on Sunday and temperatures hovering around freezing overnight, Elon Law will operate on a delayed schedule for Monday, January 6, 2025.
- Security will open the law school building at 10:00 a.m.
- Classes and activities scheduled to begin before 10:30 a.m. are canceled. Faculty will communicate with students about makeup classes.
- Classes scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. or later will continue as scheduled.
- The law library and administrative offices will open at 10:30 a.m.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until 7 a.m. Monday, with drizzle and light rain expected overnight in our area and the possibility of a wintry mix and light glaze, especially for areas to the north near the Virginia border and north of the I-85 corridor. Patchy icy spots are possible in those locations.
