The associate professor of music will appear as adjudicator for District VII Ensemble Festival in Louisiana in March
Marking his fourth appearance as an adjudicator for the Louisiana Music Educators Association District VII Ensemble Festival in LaFourche Parish, Associate Professor of Music Stephen Futrell will spend three days adjudicating middle and high school concert bands, wind ensembles, and symphonic bands, followed by two days of adjudicating middle and high school choral ensembles.
“Dr. Futrell has been an invaluable asset for our events due to his expertise in both instrumental and choral areas,” said LaFourche Paris Music Supervisor Jim Trant. “We continue to seek opportunities for him to come in for a number of our events.”
