Identical twins Richard and John Contiguglia’s program will be a recital with commentary of original piano duets of Franz Schubert. Their “Schubertiad” will include the familiar “Marche Militataire,” the witty “Introduction and Variations on an Original Theme,” and the sublime “Fantasy in F Minor.” The Contiguglias have played with major orchestras includeing the Cleveland Orchestra, the Pittsburgh Symphony, the Atlanta Symphony, the Boston Pops, the Netherlands Chamber Orchestra and the Rotterdam Philharmonic.
