Withdrawal Process for Students Not Returning to Elon for Winter Term or Spring

Students planning to withdraw from the University at the end of the Fall Semester should plan to complete a brief application and exit interview during normal office hours beginning December 7, 2006. Students will pick up a copy of the withdrawal application in the Office of Student Development (Moseley 206) , complete a brief exit interview with a Student Life staff member, and get applicable office signatures. Withdrawal interviews are conducted on a walk-in basis (no appointments).

All end of semester withdrawals will be processed after final course grades are posted on December 15.

Students who plan to transfer and need a final transcript sent to another college should make arrangements with the Registrar’s Office (Alamance 104).
