Music theatre majors present “It’s a Grand Night for Singing,” April 1-2

Elon University music theatre majors will present “It’s a Grand Night for Singing XIII,” at 7 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday, April 1-2 in Yeager Recital Hall, located in the Center for the Arts on campus. The show is free and open to the public.

This annual show is a high-energy production featuring the best singing and dancing work of music theatre majors. The show will include selections from popular shows such as “Singing in the Rain,” “Miss Saigon,” “Ragtime,” and movies including “Grease” and “Footloose.”

The production is directed by Catherine McNeela, chair of the performing arts department, with piano accompaniment by Sharon LaRocco, instructor in music.
