Cape Fear Alumni – Our first event is coming up! We are are scheduled to build at least two picnic tables for the Domestic Violence Shelter located at 2901 Market Street (Wilmington) located near the Ivy Cottage on Saturday October 13th.
We will be meeting at 10:00 a.m., and we should be finished in 3-4 hours. The supplies will be provided and now we just need you to help with this worthy cause.
Once we have completed our task we will be hosting a “Pot Luck” cook out at the Wrightsville Beach Recreation Park at 4:30 pm.
Hamburgers, hot dogs and refreshments will be provided. We should have about 2.5 hours of good sunlight to mix and mingle with your fellow “Eloners”
