Three faculty members in the Love School of Business co-authored an article that is in press with the Journal of the Academy of Business Education.
Matt Valle, assistant professor of business administration; Linda Poulson, assistant professor of accounting; and Brian Nienhaus, assistant professor of business administration, wrote “Understanding diversity in organizations: The diversity iceberg exercise.”
Valle had two other articles accepted for publication this summer. He wrote “Self-efficacy, outcome expectations and organizational politics perceptions,” along with Micki Kacmar of Florida State University and Suzanne Zivnuska of Bond University, Australia. The article was accepted by the Journal of Behavioral and Applied Management.
Valle and Kacmar worked with Louis Forbringer of Mercantile Bancorp to write “The promise and peril of 360-degree feedback systems,” which was accepted by Business and Economic Review.
