Jon Metzger, assistant professor of music, and Barth Strempek, associate professor of business adminstration, had an interdisciplinary paper accepted for publication in Jazz Education Journal, the top journal in the jazz field.
Titled “A New Vision for Jazz and Entrepreneurship at Elon University,” the article is scheduled to appear in the journal’s October 2003 edition. The article discusses the Elon Enterprise Academy program and its work with the production and marketing of Metzger’s latest jazz CD, “Common Ground.”
This is the second paper about the Elon Enterprise Academy to be accepted for publication.
