Mina García Soormally, an assistant professor of Spanish, presented an article in Málaga, Spain in July. The article, “Construir un imperio a partir de Andalucía: Fray Hernando de Talavera, primer arzobispo de Granada y sus ecos en Nueva España,” is part of a volume based on Andalusian writers and also those who lived or wrote on Andalusia, Spain.
These series, PATRIMONIO LITERARIO ANDALUZ, is organized by Antonio A. Gómez Yebra, a professor at the Universidad de Málaga, the institution that supports the publication. García Soormally´s article is part of the second volume in the series.
