Victor Streib, a professor of law, has just published an article titled "Media Misuse: Criminal Lawyer Advertising and Prosecutor Campaigning under the Guise of the Public’s Need to Know."
The article documents lawyers’ strong desire for media attention and the legal ethics which attempt to control that desire. It also covers prosecutors’ unseemly efforts to seek publicity, sometimes at the expense of seeking justice.
