Barbara Gordon, an associate professor of English, has published an article based on research she and her students conducted at Elon’s writing center. “Requiring First-year Writing Classes to Visit the Writing Center: Bad Attitudes or Positive Results?” appears in the December 2008 publication of Teaching English in the Two-Year College.
