Tomorrow begins the White Ribbon Campaign. The White Ribbon Campaign is a week dedicated to ending violence against women.
Throughout the week in Moseley Center there will be men sitting at tables giving out white daisies to women and asking men to support ending violence against women. They will also have white ribbons that you can wear to show your support for this cause.
On Tuesday night at 7PM in McKinnon F, there will be an open mic night where you can speak your mind, tell a story, or share a poem. Following the open mic, there will be a candlelight vigil.
On Wednesday there will be a showing of “Tough guise” in Duke 301 at 7PM.
On Thursday there will be a guest speaker, Dr. Christopher Kilmartin in Yeager at 7:30PM. He will be performing his show “Crimes Against Nature.” It will make you laugh all night long, so be sure not to miss it.
