Group Exercise “Friday Afternoon Specials” begin Feb. 27 at 3 p.m.

Group Exercise is offering a sample of three new types of classes for three consecutive Fridays 3:00-4:00 beginning on February 27th in GX Studio 6. See the descriptions below to learn about these exciting classes being offered for this limited time!
• Friday February 27th, 2009 “Latin Cardio Dance”
Tone and sculpt your body with this dance interval class utilizing fun Latin dance moves, hip-hop dancing and everything in between! We will be using easy-to-follow movements with components of resistance/sculpting in a variety of styles and routines designed for a great work out all while having a blast.
• Friday, March 6th, 2009 “Flashback Cardio”
Get ready for a time-warped experience with this upbeat, themed workout. From a basic cardio warm-up to an exciting dance routine, this class has it all. Guaranteed to get your heart pumping!
• Friday, March 13th, 2009 “Ballin’ Ballistics”
Pump up your heart by bouncing around on the BOSU and Fit Ball. This unique cardio workout will incorporate basic elements of aerobics, step, and kickboxing exercises for a fun, full-body fitness!
