Students may drop/add for Winter Term 2004 using OnTrack. Access for all students will begin at 6 PM, Monday January 5 and continue until 4 PM, Wednesday, January 7. Students adding courses with special fees must do so in the Registrar’s Office during regular business hours. Classes with special fees cannot be added online. Students who are registering late or need assistance with drop/add may go to the Academic Advising Center located in Duke 108 during regular business hours.
You may access OnTrack anywhere there is an internet connection but be advised that some Drop/Add situations require signatures/assistance from members of the university community. Please be patient and keep in mind the system may be slow during peak times. If you do not have a username and/or password please contact the computer support help desk at ext. 5200 to receive or reset your login information. If you have problems finding or selecting classes, see your academic advisor or meet with an advisor in the Academic Advising Center, Duke 108, ext. 6500.
As always, if you have questions or concerns, please feel free to stop by the Registrar’s Office located in Alamance 104. Also, remember to click on “My Class Schedule” after adjustments are complete to verify your schedule.
If you do not plan to attend Winter Term you MUST inform the Registrar’s Office in writing prior to the first day of classes, January 6, 2004. If we do not receive notification from you, your name will appear on the class rolls. A course for which a student registers and does not attend, or does not officially drop, will be recorded as an “F” on the student’s academic record.
Have a great Winter Term.
