Jacoby, an op-ed columnist who offers a conservative voice at The Boston Globe , and Silverglate, lawyer and co-author of The Shadow University: The Betrayal of Liberty on America’s Campuses, will debate Patriot Acts 1 and 2, issues of free speech and security, as well as how much freedom of expression should be allowed during times of war and national crisis.
