Food & Feelings Group
Are you concerned about eating, body image, or weight issues? Do thoughts about food and body image take up too much of your time and energy and contribute to negative feelings about yourself? Please join others with similar concerns for connection and support in making positive changes. This workshop will focus on how self-image, relationships, and mood impact eating patterns and behaviors as well as symptom management. Starting Wed, Oct 21st this group will meet Wednesday evenings from 7:30 – 9:00 pm in McCoy Commons (The Oaks), Room 205.
