Amy Stringer, assistant professor in Health and Human Performance, presented at the national Physical Education – Teacher Education conference in Myrtle Beach, SC on Oct. 8th.
Her session, “Global opportunities in pre service teacher education: Study abroad, student teaching abroad, and service learning abroad in physical education”, examined current research in the field as well as Dr. Stringer’s own experience as a student teacher abroad, a k-12 teacher abroad, and a university supervisor of one student teaching abroad.
