Share your ideas with PBS to reduce carbon emissions; interest meeting Feb. 8

Students with production knowledge and those with knowledge about sustainability issues are needed to create video/audio projects for Planet Forward.

Planet Forward is looking for the best ideas on reducing carbon emissions to feature on its web site. What you need to do is take your idea and work with others to create a one- to two-minute video and post it on the Planet Forward web site. The best ideas will be profiled in a nationwide television special for PBS later this year. The ideas could be at the individual level, at the business or university level or at the community (policy) level.

There will be a meeting for those interested in participating on Monday, Feb. 8 at 7:30pm in McEwen Communications Rm 011.

Make your voice heard and participate in a national dialogue on energy and climate change!
