Jana Lynn Patterson completed the Advanced Threat and Risk Assessment Training sponsored by Guilford County Emergency Services and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Feb. 22-23.
The two-day training brought together reprsentatives from law enforcement, fire and emergency response, and other community stakeholders is to help prevent, reduce or mitigate the potential consequences of a domestic terrorist attack, natural catastrophe or other emergency using all-hazards scenarios to determine site-specific consequences and their impacts to jurisdiction.
