Elon Law professor Steve Friedland recently spoke to District Court judges for North Carolina at a special evidence seminar for the judges cosponsored by the Administrative Office of the Courts of North Carolina and the UNC School of Government at Chapel Hill.
Friedland’s talk reviewed recent developments in North Carolina hearsay law.
The conference, held at the UNC School of Government at Chapel Hill, provides continuing judicial education in legal and other areas of interest to District Court judges. Topics included updates in domestic law, criminal law, and juvenile law, as well as all other legal and administrative topics of interest to District Court judges.
