Dr. Randall Lazicki, an Elon DPT alum currently employed at the Duke University Sports Medicine Center, was part of a panel who presented an educational session, Knee changes from the sports injury to the total knee arthoplasty, at the American Physical Therapy Association Combined Sections Meeting in New Orleans last week.
Lazicki also presented a research platform, Utilization of ultrasound imaging in the conservative management of a partial achilles tendon tear. Research posters were also presented by Elon DPT faculty, students and alumni. The national conference was attended by more than 10,000 physical therapists.
