Prudence Layne presents at National Council for Black Studies conference

Assistant professor Prudence Layne presented at the 35th annual National Council for Black Studies conference held March 16-19 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Her presentation was titled “The Beat of a New Drum: The Experiences of Black Studies Chairs in the World of Administration.”

The other participants of the roundtable were part of the cohort selected for the NCBS and Ford Foundation Administrator’ Workshop in Atlanta in July 2010.
