The Service Learning Community is having a fundraiser all day at YoZone on April 28th to raise money for the Michael J. Fox Foundation. 10% of the proceeds will go to the Michael J. Fox Foundation! So come on out and enjoy some delicious frozen yogurt to support a good cause.
If you cannot make it out to YoZone, we are also hosting an art show on Friday, April 29, 2011 to raise further donations. The show will start at 7:30 pm in Moseley 215. We will be selling art, including photographs a bit of jewelry, to raise money for the Michael J. Fox Foundation. All proceeds from the evening will go to the foundation to further Parkinson’s research.
We are accepting donations of any medium and the proceeds will go to the Michael J. Fox Foundation. If you would like to donate your amazing artwork, please let me know you’re interested! We would love to have the pieces by Tuesday, April 26th.
Of course bring your cash to buy beautiful artwork made by Elon students. We will also have a speaker, Dr. Burton Scott, who works with Parkinson’s patients at Duke.
