Help Desk assistant position available

Campus Technology Support is looking to hire a dedicated student worker for Summer 2011 and continuing into the fall, winter, and spring term. We have an active learning/working environment where one will find themselves cross trained for various tasks thus building your technical skills as well as your customer support and satisfactions skills.

Description of Job:
• Computer repair- You will perform hands on computer repair under the guidance of fellow student workers and full time staff.
• Customer Service- Address customers as they enter the helpdesk with computer related issues, as well as run our cash register.
• Lab Runs- Perform routine lab runs to ensure full functionality and appeal of computer labs and print management stations across campus.

Current needs for consideration are
• Monday 7 a.m.-12 p.m.
• Wednesday 7 a.m.-11 a.m.
• Thursday 7 a.m.-1 p.m.
• Saturday 12 p.m.-6 p.m.

Requirements of the position:
• Serve a minimum of one academic year, working at least 13 hours per week.
• Attend and actively participate in training sessions and continued learning
