Daryl Lawson, assistant professor of physical therapy education, talked to 55 middle and high school coaches about ACL injury prevention during the 2nd Annual Sports Medicine Symposium held Aug. 4-5 at Alamance Regional Medical Center in Burlington, N.C.
Lawson’s presentation was on preventing ACL injuries in young athletes. He also led a lab session discussing wound care in athletes and the role of coaches. Lawson’s presentation will be posted soon under the heading 2nd Annual Sports Medicine Symposium and can and be found at the link below:
