Campus Technologies held their 5th annual Connected @Elon event on Monday, Aug. 27, during New Student Orientation. Created to help students learn about the technology available to them on campus, Campus Technologies staff staged a game of Family Feud, complete with commercials featuring technology services.
Scott Hildebrand (Teaching and Learning Technologies), Mariah Czap (a senior from Cary, N.C.), and Sean Walmer (a junior from Hillsboro, N.C.) engaged first-year student contestants with questions about technology. The students were asked to name the top five things they should not do on Facebook, the apps available to them through their Google Apps for Education account, and the ways they can seek technology help.
