Leadership for Lunch is a monthly event sponsored by the Center for Leadership for on-campus leaders to come together and learn new skills to improve their organizations and enjoy a FREE catered lunch. It is important to note that on-campus leaders are not necessarily defined by a title or a position, but rather Elon leaders who exercise civic responsibility, take action and engage others to make a positive difference for the common good. All members of Campus Organizations are welcome!
Topic: Inspire the Uninspired

Inspire the Uninspired, presented by Katie Height, director of new student programs, hopes to create discussion on motivation and its role in leadership. Katie plans to help teach students how to maintain high energy in groups and understand the importance of encouraging others. These are critical lessons leaders face and we hope to equip students with the necessary skills to be successful and to encourage those in their organizations that may be in search of inspiration.
