The Women and Gender Studies capstone course, “Current Controversies in Feminism” invites you to attend our open class on Wednesday, April 4, from 5-6:30 p.m. We will be having a conversation about Queer Theory and its application on Elon’s campus. Our conversation will be facilitated by Associate Professor Kirsten Ringelberg and Elizabeth Nelson.

Ringelberg is a faculty member in the Department of Art & Art History, as well as faculty advisor to Spectrum (Elon’s queer-straight alliance), and the LGBTQ Office coordinator. Nelson is the associate director for health promotions & coordinator for inter-personal relations & community wellbeing.

We hope that you can make it!
