On July 17, 2012, David Powell presented a paper co-authored with Joel Hollingsworth titled "Google and IBM Clouds Make Enterprise Computing Available to all Undergraduate CS Majors" at The 2012 International Conference on Frontiers in Education: Computer Science and Computer Engineering.
The paper describes the use of the Google App Engine Cloud and the IBM SmartCloud Enterprise by Elon students in two Computer Science classes on Enterprise Computing.
