The Williamson Ave. railroad crossing will be closed from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Jan. 27 for crossing signal work.
The N.C. Department of Transportation will temporarily close a section of Williamson Avenue from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 27, to perform work on the railroad crossing signal. The railroad crossing will be open to pedestrians but closed to vehicles.
Williamson Avenue will be closed from Trollinger Avenue to Lebanon Avenue. During the closure, motorists should use the following signed detour:
· Williamson Avenue to Trollinger Avenue to Oak Street to Lebanon Avenue back to Williamson Avenue.
