There is an old Chinese proverb that says: “A wise man knows everything, a shrewd man knows everyone.” In history much has changed over time, and in business change is the only constant, but the one thing that still stands the test of time is that the most successful people understand the value of and engage in networking as if their very future depends on it. From Benjamin Franklin to the Six Degrees of Separation from Kevin Bacon, to building your Social Network, there are rewards for understanding the rules of and participating in networking. Come learn the “Formula for Networking Success” and the “Cardinal Rules of Networking” that will enable you to make the connections that place you ahead of your competition. This is the important stuff that everyone working wishes they had known when they started, as they look back after ten years!

Elon alumnus Tim Moore is an accomplished author and speaker with over three decades of experience in marketing, sales and training.
