Women's Club Lax played App State this past weekend in a home game, winning 9-6!
Two goals were made by both captain Kelly Reagan and freshman Sarah Bennett. Goalie Josie Hungerbuhler had 20 saves and Grace Hanlon led with four caused turnovers. Ground ball controls were led by freshmen Issy Smith and Rosemary Joaquin, and Meredith Broderick and Rachel Hollander ensured Elon’s transitions were extremely smooth and clean. It was a great game with no yellow cards and the largest crowd attendance of the year so far!
