The Student Government Association hosted the 8th annual Organization Awards and Inaugural Ceremony Wednesday night, March 31 in McKinnon Hall.
Winners included:
- Barbara H. Carlton Advisor of the year – Chuck Gantos – Lambda Chi Alpha
- Outstanding New Organization – Resident Student Association
- Campus/Greater Involvement – Pi Kappa Phi
- Member of the Year – Zachary Lauritzen – Pi Kappa Phi
- Officer of the Year – Kerry Fox – Gospel Choir
- Highest GPA – Panhellenic Council
- University Program of the Year – Center for Leadership & Organization Development
- Organization of the year (under 30 members) – Hillel
- Organization of the year (over 30 members) – Elon Volunteers!
- Faculty Member of the Year – George Taylor
- Newcomer of the Year – Andrew High – The Pendulum
- Organization Committee of the Year – PUSH Committee – Pi Kappa Phi
- Outstanding Service to Students Award – Jessica Snow
- Dr. J. Earl Danieley Leadership Award (male) – Zack Pund
- Dr. J. Earl Danieley Leadership Award (female) – Lindsey Goodman
