“A Home for Wayward Girls,” a book of poems by Kevin Boyle, associate professor of English, was recently chosen as the winner of the 2004 New Issue Poetry Prize.
Poet Rodney Jones served as judge for the competition. Boyle will receive a $2,000 cash prize and the book will be published by New Issues Poetry & Prose in spring 2005.
