Department of Performing Arts presents 'Working' – April 28 – May 2

Elon's Celebrate! week musical production is based on a book by author Studs Terkel, titled "Working: People Talk About What They Do All Day and How They Feel About What They Do."

Adapted from the book of real life interviews into a stage production featuring songs by Stephen Schwartz, James Taylor, Micki Grant, Craig Carnelia, Mary Rodgers and Lin Manuel Miranda. The opening number, “I Hear America Singing” begins our journey through the amusing, touching and inspirational glimpse into the thoughts of the men and women who keep our everyday world spinning.
