McKeon, in his second season as manager of the Florida Marlins, earned the All-Star managerial role by leading the Marlins to the NL pennant last year. Florida surprised baseball observers by upsetting the New York Yankees in the 2003 World Series and McKeon, at age 73, became the oldest manager to win the World Series.
