On Thursday, Oct. 6, ENN director Tommy Hamzik will moderate SGA’s second town hall discussion of the school year.
The Student Government Association invites all students and members of the Elon community to join us for a town hall discussion on Thursday, Oct. 6. Elon News Network Executive Director Tommy Hamzik will moderate the discussion, which will be focused on freedom of speech and how that translates onto college campuses. The conversation will go where the attendees take it, ranging in a variety of topics including student issues, SGA updates and Kathleen Parker’s speech at the Baird Pulitzer Prize Lecture. This is the perfect opportunity for any Elon student to come make their voice heard.
Any and everyone is welcome to attend, as is the case with all of our meetings. Student Government Association meets every Thursday at 7:30 p.m. in Moseley 215. The first Thursday of every month is dedicated to a town hall forum.
Contact Executive Secretary Alex Hunter with questions, or stop by the SGA office in Moseley 213. You can find us online at org.elon.edu/sga/ and on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. We hope to see you on Thursday!
