Elon students, faculty and staff will have the chance to show their appreciation to the university’s donors by writing thank-you cards during A Thousand Thanks, a campus-wide gratitude event taking place Tuesday, April 11.
The seventh annual A Thousand Thanks event highlights the role of philanthropy in Elon’s past, present, and future. Special recognition of philanthropy to schools within the university, to building projects connected to those schools, and to the learning experiences those projects make possible will be the focus at locations in the School of Communications and the Love School of Business.
You are also invited to write your own personal note of thanks for any of the resources and opportunities that you value at Elon—all of which are supported by our donors. Notes may be sent via campus mail to Donor Relations, 2600 Campus Box.
A Thousand Thanks will launch at College Coffee on April 11, and writing stations may be found throughout the day at the following locations:
• Snow Family Grand Atrium
• Iris Holt McEwen Building front porch
• Ernest A. Koury Business Center, Burbridge Atrium
• Moseley Center, first floor
