Join the Office of Sustainability and Campus Kitchen on Monday, Oct. 22 at 8 p.m. in Turner Theater to learn about food waste and celebrate Campus Sustainability Week.
“Wasted: The Story of Food Waste” aims to change the way people buy, cook, recycle and eat food. Through the the eyes of chef-heroes like Anthony Bourdain, Dan Barber, Mario Batali, Massimo Bottura and Danny Bowien, audiences will see how the world’s most influential chefs make the most of every kind of food, transforming what most people consider scraps into incredible dishes that create a more secure food system.
This event is part of a series of events for Campus Sustainability Week. See the Office of Sustainability Website for a full calendar of events.
