ARGUS Enterprise Training is designed to prepare students for the ARGUS Enterprise Certification Exam. ARGUS Enterprise software is the leading lease modeling and property valuation software in the real estate industry. ARGUS Enterprise certification distinguishes students in the job market and is highly valued by real estate industry professionals.
The training is designed for the users of different levels and students will learn how to manage property information, model leases, perform valuations and scenario analyses, create financing structures to forecast investment returns, as well as prepare and analyze property and portfolio reports.
To participate in the training, students are required to purchase the certification package for a discounted price, which includes a six-month ARGUS license, certification exam and training materials.
