Dudzinski’s unique research has offered insights into the way dolphins communicate with each other. In 1999, she founded the Dolphin Communication Project, a private, nonprofit research foundation whose mission is to gain knowledge about marine mammals, increase public awareness and promote conservation. She was chosen as the lead scientist for “Dolphins,” a documentary nominated for an Academy Award in 2001.
Tickets for the lecture are $12 or free with Elon identification. Tickets may be purchased at the McCrary Theatre box office at (336) 278-5610. The box office is open from 12:30 p.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
