Bob Russ, assistant professor of English, will perform his one-man show titled “Homer Tonight-The Death of Hektor,” at 7 p.m., Monday, Feb. 21 in the art gallery of the Hege Library at Guilford College in Greensboro. The performance is free and open to the public.
Russ’ performance is in conjunction with the gallery’s current exhibit, “Homer’s Iliad: A Visual Translation,” a series of 24 paintings by Merle Mainelli Poulton, each representing a single book of Homer’s Iliad.
