Economics students present at conference

Megan Green, Nate Huret, Kathleen Niple, Diana Notartomaso, Alex Lindsay, and Brendan Reece each presented research papers at the Eastern Economics Association’s annual conference in New York, NY, March 4-6.

Elon University students participated in undergraduate research sessions with over 60 students from MIT, Sweet Briar College, Smith College, College of Wooster, Furman University, University of the D.C, University of Mary Washington, Keene State College, Bellarmine University, Buffalo State College, Minnesota State University-Moorhead, Ball State University and Hamline University.

These sessions were organized and sponsored by Issues in Political Economy, the undergraduate research journal published annually by students from Elon and the University of Mary Washington. This was the 8th year in a row that Elon has organized these sessions.
